Innovations Community Mental Health Center delivers compassionate, client-centered behavioral health services throughout Texas. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Intake Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support both client intake and general office operations.

Position Summary:
This dual-role position is responsible for managing the intake process for new clients while also supporting day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Intake Coordination

  • Receive and process new client referrals from schools, physicians, courts, and community partners
  • Contact clients to complete screening, verify insurance (including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans), and collect documentation
  • Schedule initial psychiatric evaluations, therapy, or case management
