Job Description
The primary responsibility for this position is to assist with the management of enterprise software implementation projects for high profile healthcare clients.  Implementation Support Specialists develop creative strategies that align a client's requirements to our solutions.  You will work directly with Implementation Managers and with clients to gather requirements, provide training and manage projects. You will also collaborate with a wide array of intelligent and energetic individuals while working toward a common goal. This position offers the opportunity to travel.

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously, and effectively track all requirements to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive work plans and training documentation using web-based solutions.
  • Define project goals and develop benchmarks to gauge implementation progress.
  • Conduct dedicated web-based training with clients covering product functionality, suggested workflow, and product setup.
