The Dealmakers and Wealth Implementation and Professional Services team is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in implementation and support to join our newly constructed and innovative team. Members in this position will play a key role in helping FactSet monetize its multi-year investment in our Deep Sector strategy. This is an exciting and unique growth opportunity to develop expertise in a highly specialized content area.

You will work closely with our various Data Solutions teams to help our clients use FactSet's Deep Sector and Industry-specific Fundamentals data in their day-to-day workflows, win market share against competitors and further ensure that FactSet is the provider of choice for Industry-specific analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and convert client Financial Excel models using FactSet's Deep Sector data
  • Partner with strategic clients and prospects to become a trusted resource during trials, implementations, and other strategic engagements
  • Own the end-to-end workflow conversion process across Deep Sector-related engagements and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of our Deep Sector offering by relaying granular product-specific feedback, feature requests and opportunities for differentiation that is grounded in real client experience

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with client-facing teams within financial services
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep experience with FactSet's product offerings and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, analytical and reasoning skills

Job location: Boston, New York, and Norwalk

Working Environment: Hybrid

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.

The budgeted amount range for this position in Norwalk and New York City is $80,000 -$100,000
