CTG is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager II to lead enterprise technology projects for a Fortune 500 client. This role is ideal for a collaborative project leader who excels at managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, mitigating risks, and delivering high-quality IT solutions on time and within budget.

Location: Position is remote, but
MUST be in the Texas region for occasional travel to site.
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $62.00./hour
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
What You'll Do
- Lead IT projects through the full project lifecycle-from planning through implementation and closeout.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and executive updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, business requirements, and organizational policies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
- Support continuous process improvements and project management best practices.
- Occasionally travel to Texas client locations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of IT project management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple technology projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and systems integration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Experience managing projects in a global enterprise environment.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
