THE WORK:
  • You'll lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex capital projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
  • You'll manage project controls activities across cost, schedule, forecasting, estimating, progress measurement, risk management, and change control.
  • You'll develop and maintain integrated project schedules, execution plans, performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards to drive informed decision-making.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, project controls, PMO, commissioning, program management, or capital project delivery
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical, operational, and business functions
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, capital project delivery processes, and project lifecycle governance.
  • Experience with project controls functions including scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, and change control
  • Experience supporting commissioning, startup, system turnover, operational readiness, or project closeout activities
  • Experience implementing, supporting, or utilizing PMIS platforms and project controls systems. Familiarity with digital project delivery, data analytics, workflow automation, and reporting tools
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced project environments
