  • Support the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, quoting, proposal support, and contract award.
  • Build relationships with government end users, program offices, contracting organizations, and industry partners.
  • Introduce and integrate TriMech technical subject matter experts, Dassault resources, and Solution Partner resources to demonstrate customer-focused capabilities.
  • Work closely with channel partners, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, trade shows, training, and customer events to generate new business opportunities and develop relevant market knowledge.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries by telephone, email, video meeting, and personal visits.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, account documentation, activity reports, and 30-60-90-day plans within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.
  • Present solutions to customers and prospects using Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and related tools.
  • Continually engage with clients and prospects within assigned territory and maintain quota as assigned by the Government Sales Director.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-10 years of business development, account management, or sales experience supporting Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), or Aerospace & Defense customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and verifiable track record selling technical products, software, engineering services, manufacturing solutions, or related technologies.
  • Understanding government procurement processes and acquisition terminology.
  • Ability to develop relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrable professional sales skills and solid references.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
  • Innovative, "make it happen" attitude with the ability to meet aggressive sales goals.
  • Reliable means of transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel within assigned region.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office products.
