We're recruiting for an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead the Process Engineering team at a leading water and wastewater engineering firm and systems integrator.

This is a leadership role combining team management, technical delivery, project oversight, client relationships and business development across water and wastewater treatment projects.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, manage and develop the Process Engineering team
  • Manage department workload, priorities, staffing and schedules
  • Support recruiting, training, employee development and performance management
  • Build client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead technical proposals and RFQs
  • Oversee department budgets, project finances and invoicing
  • Support project managers with budgets, change orders, scope and subcontractors
  • Provide technical leadership on water and wastewater projects
  • Support project management and engineering design as required
  • Oversee QA/QC standards and department compliance
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 12+ years' engineering experience
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required
  • Proven staff and project management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and client relationship skills
  • Experience with technical proposals and business development preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • MBA or business degree is a plus
