Build and Secure the Modern Workplace at Elma Electronic

At Elma Electronic, we develop advanced computing platforms and integrated solutions that support mission-critical applications across aerospace, defense, transportation, and industrial markets. We're seeking a skilled M365 Client Engineer to help drive our digital workplace strategy and deliver a seamless, secure technology experience for our employees.

In this hands-on role, you'll be the go-to expert for Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 administration. You'll play a key role in deploying and supporting modern workplace technologies while ensuring security, compliance, and outstanding end-user support. This is an onsite role in Fremont, CA

What You'll Do

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Build and manage standardized desktop images, application deployments, and device policies
  • Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Entra ID
  • Administer user accounts, licenses, permissions, and identity management functions
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, docking stations, printers, and related equipment
  • Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and security alerts
  • Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides
  • Collaborate with business leaders and IT team members to improve workplace technology and user productivity

What We're Looking For

  • 4-8 years of IT support, desktop engineering, or endpoint management experience
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience
  • Advanced Windows operating system troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, user provisioning, group management, and endpoint security
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft MD-102, CompTIA A+, or similar certifications preferred
