Job description

About the Role

This is a hands-on, face-to-face outside sales role—no sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll be out in the community meeting business owners and hiring managers, introducing our staffing services, and building long-term relationships.

Once you bring in new clients, you’ll also manage those accounts and make sure they receive great service and support.

No experience in sales? That’s completely fine. We’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude, communication style, and willingness to put yourself out there.

If you’re someone who enjoys meeting new people, can hold a great conversation, and likes the idea of building something from the ground up, you’ll do really well here.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with local businesses and introduce our staffing solutions
  • Build strong relationships through consistent in-person outreach
  • Turn conversations into new clients
  • Manage client accounts and ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Stay organized and actively build your own pipeline
  • Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • Naturally outgoing and comfortable talking with new people
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
  • No sales experience required—we will train you
  • Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with rejection and able to keep moving forward
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily field work required)

Perks & Benefits

  • Base salary + uncapped commission (your effort drives your earnings)
  • Paid training and ongoing support
  • Mileage and expense reimbursement for client meetings
  • Clear path for fast career growth in sales and leadership
  • A supportive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together

Why This Role

This is a great fit if you want something active, social, and career-building—not a traditional office job. You’ll be meeting people daily, learning sales from the ground up, and building real income potential early in your career.
