Looking for Mental Health Associates and Therapists (ACSW/AMFT/APCC and Above)!

Are you passionate about helping individuals take their first step toward healing?


At Guiding Hands Healthcare, we specialize in creating safe, supportive spaces for clients who are new to mental health or substance use treatment. We’re looking for compassionate, grounded clinicians who can meet clients where they’re at, whether they’re in early recovery, just starting therapy, or exploring group support for the first time.

Position: Mental Health Group Facilitator

We are hiring Master's level ACSWs, AMFTs, APCCs, and Licensed Therapists to lead psychoeducational and skills-based groups for clients.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate beginner-friendly, structured group sessions focused on topics such as: Understanding mental health, Emotional regulation, Coping skills & self-awareness
  • Building trust in group settings
  • Provide consistency, stability, and positive reinforcement
  • Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the treatment team
  • Participate in group and individual supervision

Ideal Candidate:

  • You’re patient, encouraging, and trauma-informed
  • You enjoy breaking down clinical concepts in relatable ways
  • You value meeting clients with empathy and zero judgment
  • You can maintain boundaries while creating a welcoming environment

Qualifications:

  • Registered associate (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) or Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
  • At least 1+ years of experience in Mental Health settings (internship or practicum included)
  • Comfortable facilitating groups of 4–12 clients
  • Must pass background, TB, drug screening, and provide liability insurance
