OVERVIEW

The Client Director is the primary commercial owner for their portfolio-responsible for strategic marketing performance, client satisfaction, and driving software product sales across Recruitics' product ecosystem (Vision, ApplyAnywhere, Jamyr, platform add-ons, and future solutions).

This role blends high-impact client leadership with disciplined pipeline generation, opportunity advancement, and closing. A successful Client Director is part strategist, part consultant, part analyst, and part salesperson‑comfortable digging into the data, diagnosing client challenges, translating insights into campaign strategy, challenging client assumptions, and collaborating with internal teams to create measurable value.

RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Client Leadership
  • Serve as the senior strategic lead across assigned accounts, driving retention, growth, and long‑term partnership value.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated recruitment marketing strategies using data, predictive insights, and AI‑driven tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor able to speak fluently about market trends, performance media, and evolving HR technology capabilities.
Software Selling & Commercial Ownership
  • Own 100% of software opportunity creation, advancement, and closing across your book of business.
  • Lead all discovery, qualification, and product positioning conversations.
  • Build compelling ROI cases using quantitative models, platform data, and industry benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate PlanHat stages, dispositions, and forecasting hygiene.
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities proactively, leveraging client pain points and strategic roadmaps.
  • Drive pricing and packaging discussions; coordinate with Directors/VPs for negotiation support.
  • Pull in leadership only where executive alignment or senior influence will materially increase win rates.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Translate client needs, business challenges, and hiring goals into campaign strategy, setting the direction for media execution and ensuring campaigns align to client objectives.
  • Own campaign pacing, performance, and optimization, including budget allocation, optimization cycles, testing, and adjustments to maximize campaign outcomes.
  • Leverage AI‑powered analytics and performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and inform optimization and strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver client‑facing reporting that demonstrates the value Recruitics delivers, building strong partnerships through weekly status updates, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with Media, Analytics, and Client Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to understand new features, value propositions, and ideal use cases.
  • Partner with internal teams to prepare solution narratives, presentations, and enablement materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding and post‑sale adoption support with Client Managers/Coordinators.
Thought Leadership & Innovation
  • Stay current on recruitment technology, AI solutions, and digital trends.
  • Contribute to product feedback loops and innovation pilots.
  • Represent Client Management in cross‑functional initiatives focused on technology adoption and service evolution.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing, client management, or consulting experience.
  • Experience presenting and selling solutions, especially SaaS or performance platforms, strongly preferred.
  • Own a portfolio of client accounts, gain a deep understanding of each client's desired outcomes, and work with internal partners to drive the client's desired KPI's and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic client relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial instincts with demonstrated success in cross‑sell or solution selling environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital performance channels (programmatic, PPC, job boards, audiences).
  • Ability to simplify complex data and present compelling value narratives.
  • Proficiency in AI‑enabled analytics, predictive tools, and reporting platforms.
  • High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating in fast‑moving environments.
WHY JOIN US?

At Recruitics, you'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of design within a cutting‑edge team focused on leveraging AI and data to transform the recruitment marketing landscape.
