ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, including businesses, community groups, and individual fans.
  • Performs outside sales/customer request responsibilities by in-person visits, telephone, mail and e-mail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including client presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and develop corporate partnerships and advertising opportunities tied to concerts, sporting events, and ancillary events.
  • Create tailored proposals and presentations that align clients need with REV Sports Management inventory.
  • Collaborate with REV Sports Management's operations team to produce accurate event cost estimates prior to contract execution.
  • Serve as an on-site presence during client events to ensure satisfaction and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals across multiple revenue categories.
  • Execute sales appointments, venue tours, and client presentations in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients to maximize retention and referral opportunities.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives during game nights and event days, including client hosting and activation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, ticket operations, and sponsorship teams to drive comprehensive campaign results.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event meetings with internal departments and clients to assess needs, outcomes, and future improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the growth of the organization.
  • All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales, events, or client management experience, ideally in sports, live entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Experience with venue rentals, event proposals, and contract negotiation is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and committed to world-class customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and event days.
