  • Create cross-team alignment that drives complex problems to resolution quickly, communicating with clarity to every level of the organization and adjusting your approach based on the audience.

  • Manage our front-line stakeholder relationships, working hand in hand with leaders from the largest brands in our industry, flagging new risks and opportunities as they emerge, managing project scope, and predicting client needs.

  • As the expert on both Counsel and our client, establish the path to build from an early market entrance to a high-volume care delivery program.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in a client-facing role healthcare a healthcare setting, including direct work with C-suite executives and enterprise brands.

  • A track record of running complex, cross-functional projects and keeping them on schedule.

  • A strong working understanding of the care delivery lifecycle.

  • Comfortable using rich data sources to tell a story. You can navigate a dashboard, build visualizations, and identify emerging trends and risks.

  • Startup grit. You're energized by ambiguity and willing to write the playbook instead of waiting for one.

What We Offer
  • Impact: Be at the forefront and contribute to groundbreaking, AI-driven healthcare experiences, directly interface with execs at the world's leading tech & healthcare orgs

  • Growth: Significant opportunities for broad ownership and professional development within our rapidly scaling startup

  • Compensation: Competitive salary + equity

  • Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, vision + dental, 401K, Unlimited PTO, Parental Leave

-----------------------------------------------------

Our Values
  • Patients come first.
We are clinicians 1st, technologists 2nd. We act with patient trust/safety at the center of every decision.

  • Innovate with optimism.
We are optimistic as we build the future of care delivery from first principles. Challenge the status quo when needed, no sacred cows.

  • Right answer wins.
Debate openly and pick the strongest path. We optimize for the company, not functions. We win and lose as a team.

  • Simplicity over complexity.
We choose clear, elegant solutions and avoid adding complexity that does not serve patients or the team.

  • Do fewer things, well.
We focus, and hold ourselves to the highest bar and pursue excellence in those areas.
