WaterColor Management specializes in providing Property & Casualty Insurance and Risk Management services to clients in the water and wastewater industries across the U.S. and Canada, including rural water districts, groundwater and sewer contractors, engineers, and scientists. As a Managing General Underwriter and a Lloyd’s Coverholder, WaterColor Management delivers tailored insurance solutions with expertise. The organization is committed to offering reliable, industry-specific services to address the unique needs of its clients.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our surplus lines commercial insurance office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organized, and delivers excellent customer service. This is a non-sales position with no production quotas.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Strong with numbers and accuracy
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
