This role features a unique, seasonal schedule designed to match our industry's natural rhythm:
  • Spring through Winter (April 16 - December 31): Enjoy excellent work-life balance with a part-time schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (and Fridays off!).
  • Tax Season Peak (January - April 15): Transition to full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability scaling up as we approach the tax deadline.

About the Role:
As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients. You will be the central point of contact for our office, ensuring efficient communication and smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them warmly and directing them appropriately.
  • Answering, screening, and directing all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Politely greeting and engaging clients and visitors; following up on client inquiries as needed
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and faxes.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide general information and assistance to callers.
  • Assist others with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
