Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assist clients during shift.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Conduct routine checks and documentation.
  • Provide support and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement a successful treatment plan.

Experience

  • Previous experience working with individuals with substance use disorder is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in an addiction treatment facility is preferred.
  • Training upon hiring.

*This position does offer future growth opportunities. Shift available 12am-8:30am, 8am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-12am. Currently recruiting for PRN or as needed staff.
