***$500 SIGN-ON BONUS***

Paid half at 90-days; half at 6-months


SAGE Counseling is looking for a Full-Time Client Services Associate - Flex Support position.

This is a Full-Time FLEX SUPPORT position with consistent hours with the opportunity to work across multiple offices.


Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday, 8:00AM to 5:30PM
  • Fridays 8:30AM to 3:30PM


This position will have a 5-week training period on-site commitment at the SAGE Maryvale office (53rd Ave, Phx, 85031).

Upon completion of training, this position will travel between the following SAGE offices to provide Front Office coverage and support:

  • Central Phoenix
  • Glendale
  • Maryvale
  • Tempe
  • North Phoenix
  • Additionally, this position provides coverage for SAGE Court Liaisons in Phoenix and Peoria.

Travel is REQUIRED for this position, with mileage reimbursement - SAGE offers additional bonuses for mileage reimbursement to compensate for the increases in gas prices!!


Pay: up to $23.00/hour


General Position Duties Include:

  • Front Office Client Support
  • Client Form and Documentation Support
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Processing treatment referrals
  • Data entry into the electronic health record


The ideal candidate for this position is a quick learner, detail-orientated individual who can manage high volume calls in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be able to stay calm under pressure, provide friendly and professional client support while remaining organized.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Differential pay offered!
  • Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
  • Eligible to successfully pass a background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Prior experience in the field of behavioral health is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
