We are looking for someone with financial services experience to help us deliver outstanding service by building and encouraging the client relationship, as well as performing all related administrative functions. If you have outstanding client service and communication skills, with a good understanding of finance, this is the opportunity for you!

  • Participation in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts to ensure CSA voice is represented.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $54,000 - $65,000.  However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.  In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an annual target cash bonus. This role also offers the ability to earn additional cash bonuses for your contributions throughout the year. These bonuses reward you for helping introduce new clients to the firm, supporting strong client relationships, and contributing to your team’s growth and performance.  Collectively, all of the bonuses are a meaningful portion of the total cash opportunity for this role. Bonus amounts are determined by your individual contributions, your team’s results, and, in some cases, the revenue your team generates.
