Duties
  • Implement individualized care plans based on the specific needs of each client.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities to promote mental stimulation.
  • Observe and document client behavior, reporting any significant changes to appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living environment to ensure a safe space for clients.
  • Administering errands to support client needs.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home care, assisted living, or nursing homes is preferred.
  • Ability to follow service plans effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving clients safely.
  • Certification in CPR.
  • Driver’s license required 
  • MUST live and be located in the STATE of Indiana.
