Job description

Job Title

Job Duties
  • Receive and Enter Client's Purchase Orders and prepare an open order report to share with the customer on a weekly basis
  • Send Confirmations to Clients with ETAs of production (work with Purchasing & Scheduling)
  • Enter new Clients information on Activate / Update information
  • Confirm Credit Terms with Accounting Team when needed (new clients or update existing)
  • Confirm pricing for each PO before confirming to Client- work with site lead should pricing need to be updated
  • Request documentation from Regulatory (if requested after launch)
  • Inform Clients when Order is ready for pick up
  • Pricing Excellence
  • Host client meetings (if not launch related)
  • Assist Project Manager as needed
  • Any other client service tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Spear head QBR's if requested by customer
  • Manage inventory targets and coordinate the resolution, disposition, and mitigation of excess or aging inventory.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills including a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to be a team player AND work independently.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, prioritization, and maintain a strong eye for detail.
  • Work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate effectiveness with large scale, cross-functional projects.
