As a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Digital & Design, you are an integral part of a team that innovates and supports the sales process for the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized. 

 
Job responsibilities
  • Leads the configuration and modification of the firm's products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases 
  • Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
  • Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback 
  • Function as subject matter expert across digital channels, open banking, and emerging technologies integration solutions: including host-host, web, SWIFT, API and mobile platforms 
  • Works directly with Client and Sales & Service Partners to understand holistic business problems and requirements and deliver efficient and effective multi-channel technical integration recommendations and solutions 
  • Attend and contribute subject matter expertise and thought leadership to client roundtables and strategy white-boarding and workshops as required 
  • Provides market feedback to Product Managers across product development lifecycle serving as the voice-of-the-client; assist with concept design, feature development, and preparation for product launch to client as necessary for new functionality needs and competitive landscape information 
  • Represents organization at internal and external client conferences and trade shows 
  • Provide training and support on new product/channel capabilities 
  • Cover North America 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain 
  • Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
  • Demonstrates strong payments industry knowledge, specifically of payments products (Payables, Receivables, Liquidity, Foreign Exchange, Merchant Services) 
  • Knowledge of related digital channels, open banking, and emerging technologies product sets, including; API, host-host, SWIFT, internet and mobile
  • Expertise and experience in latest technical standards across payments and cash management domains (e.g. JSON, ISO 20022, SWIFT, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Finance (ERP), Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and other Fintech platforms in the corporate banking space
  • Working knowledge of both legacy and on-premise and latest cloud variants of SAP and Oracle ERP platforms (finance and treasury applications context)
  • Strong business & technical background and excellent problem solving & communication skills 
  • Strong executive management presentation skills and experience leading technology demonstration
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in supporting a Sales team while pitching and delivery complex technical products, projects, or applications
  • Demonstrated experience i structuring and handling complex business solutions or technology problems to meet client needs while advising teams on strategies and best practices 
  • Experience with technical standards across payments and cash management domains, with knowledge of Treasury, Finance, and Banking integration aspects of TMS and ERP platforms
