Client Experience Coordinator
Waxing the City - Alpharetta & Cumming
Create the Experience. Build Relationships. Help Us Grow
Waxing the City is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and highly personable Client Experience Coordinator to support our Alpharetta and Cumming studios.
This isn't just a front desk position.
We're looking for someone who loves people, genuinely enjoys talking with clients, and understands that every interaction is an opportunity to create an amazing experience.
You'll be one of the faces of our brand-welcoming clients, building relationships, supporting our Cerologists, helping keep the studios running smoothly, and finding creative ways to introduce more people in our community to Waxing the City.
The ideal person is someone who brings positive energy wherever they go. You're friendly, polished, organized, comfortable starting conversations, and willing to jump in wherever you're needed.
This position supports both our Alpharetta and Cumming locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able and willing to work at both studios
What You'll Do
Create an Amazing Client Experience
Our clients are at the center of everything we do.
  • Warmly welcome clients and make them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Build genuine relationships with our clients and get to know our regulars.
  • Help clients schedule appointments and find services that fit their needs.
  • Answer phones, texts, and client questions with warmth and professionalism.
  • Help educate clients about services, memberships, promotions, enhancements, and retail products.
  • Assist with rebooking and help clients maintain their waxing and skincare routines.
  • Help resolve everyday client concerns and know when to involve management.
  • Make sure clients leave feeling appreciated and excited to come back.

Be a Brand Ambassador
We want someone who genuinely enjoys representing Waxing the City.
  • Learn our services, products, promotions, and brand so you can confidently talk about them with clients.
  • Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere in the studio.
  • Support studio events and promotions.
  • Represent Waxing the City professionally both inside the studio and in the community.
  • Look for opportunities to turn a first-time visitor into a loyal Waxing the City client.

Help Us Market & Grow
You don't need to be a professional marketer-but you should be creative, social, and excited about helping a local business grow
  • Help create fun and engaging social media content.
  • Capture photos and videos of what's happening in the studios.
  • Help promote new services, products, team members, and special offers.
  • Assist with local events, partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Help distribute marketing materials and connect with nearby businesses.
  • Bring us ideas! We love someone who sees an opportunity and says, "We should try this!"

Support Our Studio Team
Great client experiences happen when the entire studio works together.
  • Support our Cerologists throughout the day.
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, beautiful, and welcoming studio.
  • Assist with retail displays and inventory.
  • Help keep client areas stocked and presentation-ready.
  • Communicate important client information to the appropriate team members.
  • Be willing to jump in and help when the studio gets busy.

Who We're Looking For
Our ideal Client Experience Coordinator is:
  • Outgoing, warm, friendly, and genuinely great with people
  • Someone with a sparkling personality and positive energy
  • Comfortable talking to new people and starting conversations
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally with clients
  • Confident recommending products, services, and memberships
  • Creative and interested in social media and local marketing
  • A team player who notices what needs to be done and jumps in
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excited about the beauty, skincare, wellness, or self-care industry
  • Able and willing to work at both our Alpharetta and Cumming locations

Experience in salon, spa, beauty, wellness, hospitality, retail, fitness, customer service, or another client-focused environment is a plus.
Previous management experience is not required. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, energy, and desire to grow
This Could Be a Great Fit If
You're the person who remembers someone's name after meeting them once.
You notice when a client walks through the door and immediately make them feel welcome.
You love recommending a product or service because you genuinely think someone will love it.
You enjoy taking a quick video for Instagram, meeting people at a community event, helping a coworker when things get busy, and finding little ways to make someone's day better.
Most importantly, you understand that great customer service isn't a task-it's how you treat people
Why Waxing the City?
At Waxing the City, what we do goes beyond hair removal. We help people feel comfortable, confident, and great about themselves.
We're looking for someone who wants to help us create that experience every single day.
If you're energetic, people-focused, creative, dependable, and looking for a role where you can build relationships, have fun, and make a real impact on a growing local business, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per week
