Summary of Job Duties

Condley and Company, LLP is hiring a Senior (2+ years experience) for its Client Advisory Services (CAS) department.


CAS staff with Condley and Company receive hands-on training, work closely with other members of the CAS team, and gain experience with diverse projects and clientele from week one. As you engage with clients' accounting situations, you will have the opportunity to provide peace of mind to our clients and value to their businesses.

CAS staff:

  • Review payroll, accounts payable, payroll tax reports, sales tax reports, general ledgers, and other related accounting services tasks
  • Organize work papers, maintain an open items list, and conduct a self-review of their work before submission to the reviewer
  • Analyze and interpret detailed information and research according to client circumstances


Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with appropriate accounting hours
  • Knowledge of payroll preparation and payroll tax reporting
  • Knowledge of general ledger review and financial statement preparation
  • General understanding of accounting procedures
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Pak Energy, or Sage Intacct is a plus
  • Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship
  • CPA candidate preferred
