We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Leader with proven experience in staffing agencies or RPO environments. This role will be responsible for building and executing a scalable growth strategy that drives qualified leads, client acquisition, and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate understands the staffing sales cycle, demand generation strategies, and how to build predictable pipeline growth in competitive markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on measurable revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
  • Drive qualified lead generation for staffing/BPO services
  • Build multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid media, outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, SEO)
  • Optimize funnel performance from lead generation to client acquisition
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
  • Create campaigns targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
  • Improve MQL SQL Closed Won conversion rates
  • Align closely with Business Development and Sales teams
  • Design account-based marketing (ABM) strategies when appropriate
Performance & Analytics
  • Own growth KPIs including CAC, CPL, pipeline value, and revenue contribution
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI
  • Implement tracking systems and reporting dashboards
  • Run A/B testing and growth experiments
Brand Positioning & Market Expansion
  • Strengthen brand positioning within staffing/RPO markets
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Identify new verticals or geographic expansion opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of growth marketing experience
  • Proven experience in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or RPO companies (required)
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and long sales cycles
  • Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Experience building demand generation engines
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
Preferred
  • Experience scaling staffing firms in the U.S. market
