We're seeking a future team member for the role of Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Fund Accounting team. This role location is Lake Mary, FL. 

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Direct a Fund Accounting area consisting of multiple teams responsible for accounting services including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports
Manage financial and human resources for the unit, ensuring teams operate effectively to meet goals and objectives
Set guidelines for determining net asset value (NAV) across various fund sectors and promote consistency across product areas
Oversee client relationship management, ensuring service levels meet client needs and resolving client issues
Participate in sales efforts including RFP and RFI preparation and presentations
Provide oversight and guidance on financial statement disclosures and resolve complex escalated issues
Lead analysis of GAAP and/or IFRS rules to assess regulatory impacts and develop compliance policies
Set guidelines and priorities for drafting financial reports and communicate complex accounting details to clients
Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual and team performance
Manage relationships with senior auditors and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting and fund performance depiction
Oversee multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams through subordinate managers and contribute to achieving team objectives

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
7-10 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred
Experience in fund accounting and client relationship management
Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
Proven people leadership skills with ability to recruit, develop, and motivate teams
