Position Summary:

As a Commercial Account Manager at Advanced IPM, you will represent our company with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous learning. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generate new commercial business through targeted prospecting, including cold calls, referrals, networking, trade shows, LinkedIn, and other lead sources.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess each client's needs, and recommend tailored pest prevention solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals.
  • Grow existing accounts and build lasting customer relationships by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM pipeline, including prospect and customer records, sales activities, and follow-up commitments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and administrative teams on lead generation, smooth account handoffs, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build business relationships through industry events, trade shows, and professional organizations while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare sales activity and performance reports, develop action plans, and communicate progress to branch and sales leadership.
