The Role You’ll Play to Create Success 

We are growing and looking for a full-time, Commercial Account Manager- (Property and Casualty) position! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by being responsible for the day-to-day management of our mid-sized to largest and most complex client accounts with the potential for future growth.

1.    Manage an assigned portfolio of mid-sized to large commercial insurance clients, building trusted relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. 
2.    Serve as the primary strategic advisor for clients by evaluating exposures, identifying coverage gaps, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and proactively addressing evolving business needs.
3.    Analyze client risk profiles, coverage requirements, and loss experience to develop insurance strategies, market accounts when appropriate, and ensure compliance with carrier underwriting and binding authority. 
4.    Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and underwriting requirements with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive and appropriate insurance solutions. 
5.    Prepare, review, and issue proposals, binders, certificates, summaries of insurance, and policy documentation with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. 
6.    Manage all aspects of client servicing, including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, contract reviews, audits, certificates of insurance, billing inquiries, and claims coordination. 
7.    Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional coverages and value-added services that support client needs while contributing to agency growth objectives. 
8.    Partner with Producers by providing technical expertise and marketing support for new business opportunities, renewals, and complex accounts. 
9.    Provide day-to-day leadership for assigned Customer Service Assistants by coordinating workflow, balancing workloads, answering technical questions, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely service delivery. 
10.    Serve as a technical resource for agency leadership and team members by providing guidance on complex coverage questions, market conditions, carrier relationships, and service strategies.
11.    Represent the agency during client meetings, stewardship reviews, renewal presentations, and carrier meetings as needed. 
12.    Maintain current knowledge of commercial insurance markets, regulatory changes, carrier appetites, industry trends, and emerging risks through continuing education and professional development.
13.    Identify opportunities to improve service processes, operational efficiencies, and the overall client experience through continuous improvement.
The Attributes We Seek 
1.    Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
2.    Three (3) years of commercial insurance account management, customer service, sales support or agency experience preferred.
3.    Previous experience providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to others.
4.    Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License required 
5.    Professional insurance designation (CIC, CPCU, AAI, ARM, CISR, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
