Technical Account Manager – Service Solutions

Overview

We're hiring a Technical Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of commercial service accounts. This role is ideal for someone who can build strong client relationships, understand technical service work, and drive long-term account growth.

You'll act as the key link between clients and service teams, ensuring work is delivered effectively and expectations are consistently exceeded.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for service needs and issue resolution
  • Partner with field and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Lead client check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal conversations
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and support additional service opportunities within accounts
  • Maintain accurate account activity within CRM systems
What You Need
  • 5+ years in account management, service delivery, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical, facilities, or technical services strongly preferred
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients
