What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and industrial roofing clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Meet regularly with customers to understand facility needs, long-term objectives, and roofing asset management goals.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, repair requests, and maintenance contracts.
  • Partner with internal service, operations, and project teams to coordinate roofing solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, expand services, and support account growth.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complex roofing-related issues by coordinating timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare customer reports, and provide recommendations based on roofing system conditions, client needs, and market trends.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights.
  • Stay current on roofing technologies, materials, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel regularly to customer facilities and project sites throughout the local and regional service area.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a customer-focused Roofing Account Manager who understands commercial roofing systems and enjoys helping clients protect their facilities, plan strategically, and maximize the value of their roofing investments.
  • Required Qualifications
    • Five (5) years or more of experience in the commercial or industrial roofing industry, including client account management and hands-on expertise with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and coatings, with the ability to leverage industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance.
    • Proven ability to build, maintain, and balance strong client relationships.
    • Skilled in identifying client needs and translating them into actionable, results-driven solutions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other essential computer applications.
    • Experience using CRM platforms and related tools to effectively manage client accounts.
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
