Are you ready to take ownership of client partnerships and drive performance in facility management?

Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Facility Solutions Manager and play a key role in making our clients’ spaces shine while building your career in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the go-to expert for multiple client accounts, managing day-to-day operations, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Customize service strategies and scheduling that exceed client expectations.
  • Negotiate service agreements and pricing for new contracts and add-on solutions.
  • Oversee contractor relationships, ensuring compliance, quality, and clear communication on performance.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to verify standards, resolve issues, and champion excellence.
  • Partner with Night Managers and the Director of Operations to execute and enhance service delivery.
  • Track service activities, supplies, and client feedback in our advanced CRM and planning tools.
  • Respond quickly to client concerns, troubleshooting and resolving issues with urgency.
  • Monitor and manage staffing and resource needs to maintain outstanding service.

You’ll Succeed Here If
  • You have 3+ years’ experience in facility management, operations, or building services.
  • You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in building relationships.
  • You communicate clearly—verbally and in writing—with clients and teams.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and comfortable with database/CRM technology.
  • You hold a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • You have reliable transportation for on-site visits.
