Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium customer accounts. Your main objective will be to nurture these relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential through upselling and cross-selling. This requires a strong focus on meeting sales targets while providing exceptional service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly assess client needs and align our products and services to meet those needs
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for your assigned accounts through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Building:
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address client concerns and ensure the prompt resolution of issues.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Executive and Director of Sales to align broader sales strategies.
  • Assist in closing new prospects as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to build reports and manage administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all client information and sales activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the industry of the company's focus.
