What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, goals, and long-term facility plans.
  • Manage preventive maintenance and service agreements, ensuring customer requirements are understood and supported.
  • Partner with internal service and operations teams to coordinate solutions and resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, expand services, and support account growth.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare customer reports, and provide recommendations based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Travel regularly to customer sites throughout the local and regional service area.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a relationship-driven Service Account Manager who understands the HVAC or building services industry and enjoys helping customers solve problems, plan ahead, and achieve their operational goals.
  • Required Qualifications
    • Two or more years of experience in the HVAC industry or a related sector, including client account management, with the ability to apply industry knowledge and provide strategic guidance to customers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience using CRM systems or similar tools and processes to manage customer accounts and track account activity.
    • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and effectively manage client relationships.
    • Strong skill in identifying customer needs and translating them into practical, actionable solutions.
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
