Job description

Location: Redstone Support Team Office, Provo, UT (hybrid)

Classification: Full-Time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible

Compensation: $65,000 annually

About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Marketing Account Manager to be the go-to person for our Redstone clients. You'll own the partnership end-to-end - understanding each client's business, shaping the strategy, leading the work across our internal creative, content, and digital teams, and showing up consistently with insights, ideas, and follow-through.

This is a role for someone who loves being the connector - translating client goals into clear plans, keeping campaigns moving, and turning data into the kind of recommendations that earn trust over time.

If you're energized by client relationships, smart strategy, and seeing campaigns actually move the needle - this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

Own the Client Relationship:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, building real partnerships rooted in trust and follow-through
  • Lead regular client meetings to walk through performance, strategy, and what's coming next
  • Anticipate needs, surface ideas, and be the first call when something matters

Shape the Strategy:

  • Partner with clients to develop marketing plans that ladder up to their business goals
  • Use market research and industry insight to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of trends
  • Translate client goals into clear, actionable plans the internal team can execute against

Drive the Work:

  • Coordinate and manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations
  • Partner closely with our creative, content, and digital marketing teams to keep work moving
  • Be the steady hand that keeps multiple accounts and projects on track at once

Use Data to Tell the Story:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, surfacing insights and optimization recommendations
  • Prepare regular client reports that clearly show impact and what to do next
  • Use data to guide decisions, not just describe them

Manage the Budget:

  • Oversee the budget for your assigned accounts, ensuring resources are deployed where they'll drive the most ROI
  • Provide clients with transparent financial reporting and recommendations for adjustments

Stay Sharp:

  • Keep up with emerging tools, channels, and best practices
  • Bring fresh thinking back to the team and our clients
What You'll Bring:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency or related environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, paid media (PPC), social, and content marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Moz
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - written, verbal, and in client meetings
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions
  • Confidence managing multiple projects without dropping the details
  • Self-starter energy - you don't wait around for direction
  • Alignment with Redstone's purpose, values, and people-first mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working with multifamily, student housing, or real estate clients
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Comfort presenting strategy and results in front of senior client stakeholders
What Success Looks Like:
  • Clients see you as a true partner - not just a project manager
  • Campaigns launch on time, stay on budget, and deliver measurable results
  • Data-driven recommendations consistently improve client performance
  • Internal teams have what they need to do their best work for your accounts
  • Clients renew, expand, and refer - because the partnership is working
Why You'll Love Working at Redstone:
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • 401(k) with up to 6% company match
  • Flex PTO and 10 paid holidays
  • Gym membership
  • 3 paid service days per year
  • Paid parental leave
  • Professional development support
  • Employee assistance program

You'll join a small, sharp marketing team that values relationships as much as results, with the chance to shape the agency side of our business and help our clients grow.
