Is Clickup a recognized job title, and what types of roles require Clickup expertise?

While 'ClickUp' is not usually a standalone job title, many organizations seek professionals—such as project managers, operations coordinators, or ClickUp Specialists—who have expertise in implementing and managing the ClickUp platform. In these types of roles, you may be responsible for configuring workflows, training teams, managing onboarding, and optimizing project processes within the ClickUp environment. Daily responsibilities often include platform administration, troubleshooting, template creation, and improving team productivity through strategic automations. Experience with ClickUp can also open doors to roles in operations, IT, or process improvement teams, and may serve as a valuable asset for advancing into broader project management roles. If you enjoy learning new systems, problem-solving, and enabling efficiency, positions involving ClickUp skills can be both challenging and rewarding.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Clickup position, and why are they important?

ClickUp is a workplace productivity software, not a professional job title. Therefore, there are no specific skills, qualifications, or workplace requirements for a role titled 'Clickup.' For roles involving ClickUp, such as ClickUp Specialist, skills would include deep familiarity with the platform, workflow optimization, and project management. Having these capabilities enables organizations to maximize productivity and streamline their project execution using ClickUp.

What is a Clickup?

A ClickUp job typically refers to a role that involves using ClickUp, a project management and productivity platform, to organize tasks, track progress, and streamline workflows. Jobs with ClickUp may include project management, operations, team coordination, or administrative roles that rely on the platform for task automation and collaboration. Employers seeking ClickUp expertise often look for candidates who can optimize workflows, set up dashboards, and integrate ClickUp with other tools.

This role is responsible for developing and owning the division’s marketing strategy, generating qualified marketing leads (MQLs), supporting business development efforts, and coordinating execution across Amplēo’s marketing team and shared services.

The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary marketing partner to division leadership, translating business and revenue goals into a focused, executable marketing plan. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Alignment

  • Own and manage the division-level marketing plan, ensuring alignment with revenue, growth, and business development goals.
  • Maintain strong alignment between Valuation Division leadership and Amplēo marketing leadership.
  • Define, refine, and maintain the division’s ideal customer profile (ICP), positioning, and messaging.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.
  • Maintain a consistent Peak Business Valuation brand and value proposition across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Project manage marketing campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Coordinate deliverables across shared services, including web, creative, content, demand generation, and business development.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across marketing and sales materials.
  • Manage the division’s marketing budget and prioritize investments based on business impact and return on investment.
  • Coordinate marketing projects in ClickUp and ensure deliverables, timelines, and priorities remain on track.
  • Lead weekly Marketing and Business Development meetings and coordinate follow-up activities with Amplēo shared services.

Performance, Lead Generation & Growth

  • Own marketing performance across MQL generation, pipeline growth, campaign effectiveness, conversion, and marketing ROI.
  • Monitor SEO, website performance, CRM reporting, campaign analytics, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize lead generation, website conversion, marketing automation, and nurture initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Business Development to improve lead quality, conversion rates, sales enablement, and overall pipeline performance.
  • Regularly report marketing results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to division leadership.

Content, Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Develop, review, and coordinate content for the website, email campaigns, marketing collateral, newsletters, social media, and events.
  • Manage the division’s content calendar and ensure consistent, timely execution.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives, including articles, podcasts, webinars, speaking engagements, and other opportunities that strengthen the division’s market presence.
  • Maintain consistent Peak Business Valuation messaging and brand standards across all marketing channels.

Events & Business Development Support

  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, webinars, and other business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate event marketing, promotional materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work closely with Business Development to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support relationship-building, lead generation, and revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications with an interest in finance
  • 3+ years of business marketing and business writing experience, preferably as a marketing manager or more senior
  • Proven experience in managing marketing efforts across various platforms, preferably in a related industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
