Salesperson Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, goaldriven environment
  • Comfort learning dealership systems and product knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
