Position Title: Medical Director
Location: Saginaw, MI
Engagement Type: Contract
Work Mode: Onsite with possible remote flexibility
Duration: December 2025 – December 2027 (24 months, renewable)

Role Overview:
The Medical Director will provide medical oversight and compliance leadership for a plasma collection center, ensuring adherence to FDA, CLIA, and company standards. The role includes training and supervising medical staff and maintaining the highest standards of donor safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medical compliance and quality practices per FDA and CLIA regulations.

  • Serve as Laboratory Director and ensure CLIA/COLA certification and training compliance.

  • Supervise and train Medical Staff Associates and review their medical evaluations.

  • Collaborate with Center Manager and Quality teams to uphold medical and operational standards.

  • Review abnormal test results and approve donor suitability for continued participation.

  • Manage donor immunization programs and oversee health monitoring processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • MD or DO degree with active state medical license.

  • CLIA Lab Director certification or eligibility.
