Job description

2nd Shift Clerical (CSR)
Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable CSR to join our team on the 2nd shift. This versatile position offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop your skills in a growing company, we want to hear from you!
Location: Bentonville, AR
Schedule 11 am to 7:30 pm
Pay rate: $21
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor daily production and shipping schedules
  • Track inventory levels and load progress; adjust schedules as needed
  • Enter data daily and generate time-sensitive reports
  • Check drivers in and out, print BOLs, and manage outbound documentation
  • Collect and verify shipment details (release numbers, destinations, trailer numbers)
  • Assign dock doors and coordinate driver flow
Customer Service & Operations:
  • Manage customer orders, inventory, and material handling processes
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare and analyze delivery reports to identify trends and communicate updates proactively
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Experience with Office 365; AS400 is a plus
