Title: Systems Quality & Process Analyst
About the Role:
As a Systems Quality & Process Analyst within the door manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in the testing and validation of data, across multiple categories through creating and running files, reviewing outputs for accuracy, and growing into broader process ownership over time. Your work and curiosity will enable the seamless integration of our product lines into a live and maturing system, ensuring high data quality and accessibility for customers, internal users, and business stakeholders.
This cross-functional role requires someone who can operate within structured processes while thinking critically across system relationships. You will collaborate closely across teams, initially focusing on process accuracy and data validation, with the opportunity to contribute to process optimization over time. The right candidate brings strong independent judgment, a structured approach to problem solving, and the ability to grow into expanded responsibilities as system knowledge develops.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with ability to troubleshoot effectively, identify root causes, and escalate issues to the right person or team.
- Ability to navigate file structures, manage file organization, and understand how files flow into and through connected systems.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data outputs and document findings clearly and accurately.
- Reliable, accountable, and able to manage time and priorities independently.
- Applies logical and structured thinking when evaluating data elements, conditions or results.
- Proficiency working with CSV files or structured data formats.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with data validation or data quality review processes.
- Familiarity with coding logic, SQL or relational database concepts.
- Experience working with iX2023 or similar software environments. Willingness and ability to learn iX2023 on the job is required; prior experience is a plus.
- Experience testing across multiple conditions, scenarios, or combinations; understands that results can vary based on order and relationship of data inputs.
- Ability to translate findings clearly between business and technical audiences and support process improvement efforts based on observed patterns or inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with ticketing or issue tracking systems for logging, documenting, and following up on errors or escalations.
- Exposure to pricing logic, rate tables, or business rules in a system environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately create, run CSV files, and review outputs against expected results in accordance with established processes.
- Review and validate outputs for accuracy against expected results and provided formulas; understand what correct results should look like, identify discrepancies, and document or escalate findings appropriately.
- Develop an understanding of how data moves through iX2023 and connected systems, with ability to recognize the downstream impact when something goes wrong, and over time anticipate edge cases or additional situations based on accumulated system knowledge.
- Coordinate across departments and stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain process continuity, and ensure information moves clearly and completely between groups.
- Over time, develop the ability to identify how pricing rules, conditions, or exceptions should be structured and communicate that clearly to the development team.
Skills:
This role sits at the intersection of process discipline and critical thinking. Success starts with accuracy; being able to enter data correctly, validating outputs, and catching discrepancies before they move downstream is a focus. A consistent commitment to established SOPs is what makes the validation function reliable and the data trustworthy.
Beyond daily execution, this role requires someone who can think across system relationships, communicate findings clearly to both business and technical audiences, and keep information moving accurately between teams at every stage. By building system knowledge, identifying opportunities to improve, and growing into broader process ownership within iX2023 and connected systems; curiosity and growth orientation are what expand this role over time.
