Route Delivery Driver

Pay: $19.00–$24.00 per hour

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Route Delivery Driver to join our bottled water delivery team in Colorado Springs.

This is an active, fast-paced position that combines driving, physical work, and daily customer interaction. Our route drivers are responsible for completing established delivery routes, loading and unloading bottled water, maintaining accurate deliveries, and providing friendly, professional service to our residential and commercial customers.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, interacting with regular customers, and taking pride in completing their route safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a company delivery truck along an established route
• Deliver bottled water to residential and commercial customers
• Load, unload, carry, and move bottled water throughout the workday
• Complete scheduled deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Check product inventory and placement at customer locations when needed
• Communicate with customers and team members regarding deliveries or service needs
• Follow DOT regulations, company procedures, and safe lifting practices
• Identify opportunities for additional products or services when appropriate

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Clear MVR for the previous three years
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Ability to safely perform repeated lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading throughout the workday
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a steady work pace
• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and manage an established delivery route efficiently

Preferred, but not required:

• Previous route delivery experience
• Commercial truck or delivery driving experience
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with DOT regulations
• Retail, merchandising, or sales experience

This Is a Physical Job

Route delivery is an active, hands-on position. Drivers regularly lift, carry, load, and unload bottled water, make multiple stops throughout the day, and frequently get in and out of the delivery truck.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with physical work and can maintain a quick, steady pace while still providing excellent service to our customers.
