Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beverage/Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our Five Guys bar. This leadership role requires a professional with proven hospitality management skills, a deep understanding of bar operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Five Guys Bar Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, maintaining compliance, and cultivating an energetic and memorable environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all front-of-house bar operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.
  • Recruit train and schedule
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and oversee ordering of supplies.
  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labor cost control.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture centered around accountability and exceptional service
