Job description

HCT Renewable Energy is currently hiring Laborers for a wind turbine deconstruction project in Mart, Texas. Workers will assist with site cleanup and removal activities as part of the wind farm decommissioning process.

Responsibilities:
• Pick up and remove debris from the wind turbine site
• Assist with general cleanup and material handling
• Load and organize materials as directed by the site supervisor
• Follow all safety guidelines and jobsite procedures
• Perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Must be dependable and safety-focused
• Previous construction, demolition, or renewable energy experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Project Details:
• Full-time project work
