What You'll Do

As a Drain Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, and clear residential and commercial drain and sewer systems while providing outstanding customer service. You will use specialized equipment to identify and resolve drainage issues, communicate solutions to customers, perform drain cleaning services, document completed work, and ensure customers receive professional and reliable service. As your skills grow, you will continue developing expertise in plumbing and drainage systems through ongoing training and field experience.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license required

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work in various environments
