Job description

Lightning Lawn and Landscape also known as ACE Outdoor Services is hiring an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader at our South Lyon/Brighton Branch.
*MUST HAVE PRIOR ZERO TURN OPERATION EXPERIENCE!*

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with commercial mowing experience who can lead crews, maintain quality, and keep production moving efficiently.

$17-$25/hour based on experience
Full-time with year-round opportunities

Responsibilities:
• Lead commercial and residential mowing crews
• Oversee mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
• Ensure quality and production standards are met
• Train and support crew members
• Promote safe equipment operation and job site safety
• Communicate with supervisors and team members daily

Requirements:
• Lawn maintenance and mowing experience required
• Crew leadership experience preferred
• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment
• Valid driver’s license required
