Job description

Ampco Pumps is a fast-growing manufacturer of centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps and mixing & blending equipment used in the food and dairy industries, desalination, and various chemical and industrial applications.
We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Services Coordinator to support daily office operations, administrative activities, and front office functions. This position plays an important role in helping the organization operate smoothly while also supporting company culture and administrative initiatives across multiple departments.
Duties/Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administrative Support
    • Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment.
    • Coordinate office supply inventory, mail distribution, shipping activities, and general office organization.
    • Maintain employee directories, office schedules, visitor logs, and other administrative records.
    • Provide administrative support to leadership and Human Resources on projects and day-to-day activities.
    • Manage employee sick-line communications and distribute attendance updates to management as needed.
    • Record check deposits and maintain related accounting documentation.

Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
    • Support internal communications and company-wide announcements through BambooHR and other communication platforms.
    • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, company celebrations, fundraising activities, and special events.
    • Help coordinate onsite meetings, trainings, and company functions including setup, logistics, catering, and communication support.

Front Office & Facility Support
    • Support front office operations by answering incoming calls, assisting visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately.
    • Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming common areas including conference rooms, kitchens, and reception areas.
    • Support facility security procedures including visitor check-in and badge processes.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or office activities is preferred.

Education/Experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, receptionist or similar role preferred.
