Job description

Are you ready to come to the rescue? Faithful Cleaning Service to the Rescue is looking for hardworking, reliable General Laborers to join our team. This isn’t your average cleaning gig—we specialize in transforming messy construction sites into sparkling homes and businesses, alongside our standard residential and commercial services.

If you take pride in a job well done and love the satisfaction of a "before and after" transformation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Post-Construction Cleaning: Remove dust, debris, and residue from newly built or renovated structures (includes wiping walls, cleaning windows, and vacuuming industrial tracks).

  • General Cleaning: Perform standard residential and commercial cleaning tasks (mopping, dusting, sanitizing kitchens/bathrooms).

  • Detail Oriented: Ensure every nook and cranny is spotless—post-construction dust gets everywhere!

  • Equipment Handling: Safely use cleaning chemicals and industrial vacuums/floor buffers as needed.

  • Teamwork: Coordinate with site managers and fellow "rescuers" to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Reliability: You show up on time, every time.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for long shifts, lift up to 30 lbs, and handle repetitive motions.

  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to various job sites.

  • Experience: Prior cleaning or construction labor experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person with a great attitude.

Why Join Faithful Cleaning Service?

  • Competitive hourly pay.

  • A supportive, faith-based company culture.

  • Opportunity for growth within the company.

  • The satisfaction of helping clients move into their dream spaces.
