Job Summary:
Triple D’s Janitorial Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our Charlotte surrounding- area team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for businesses.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday (5 days/week)
On-site (Charlotte surrounding, NC area)
2nd Shift
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Flexibility in working hours is required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal)
  • Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Restock paper products and cleaning supplies
  • Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and clients as needed
