What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a cleaning role, and why are they important?

To thrive in a cleaning role, you need attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning techniques, and an understanding of health and safety protocols, often with prior experience or basic training preferred. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety data sheets (SDS) is typically required. Reliability, time management, and good communication skills help cleaners work efficiently and collaborate with clients or team members.
