Location: Frankfort, IL and surrounding suburbs (approx. 30-45 minute radius)
Employment Type: Part-time and Full-time opportunities available
Schedule: Monday through Saturday; flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and some evenings

Role Summary
As a Cleaning Technician you will be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning services in both residential homes and commercial facilities. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, using your attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction to uphold our brand’s reputation.
You’ll follow company standards, arrive on time, communicate proactively, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled cleanings: weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, monthly, one-time jobs.

  • Execute deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, commercial space cleans as needed.

  • Use cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products properly, responsibly, and safely.

  • Maintain quality standards: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, interior windows, etc.

  • Report any damage, maintenance needs or safety issues to management.

  • Ensure client satisfaction be punctual, courteous, and responsive to client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning (1+ year preferred).

  • Ability to work independently, manage your time and priorities tasks.

  • Reliable transportation to job sites and willingness to travel across the service area.

  • Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, lifting, standing, climbing ladders, moving furniture as needed.

  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and some Saturdays.

  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering a “sparkling” clean environment.

  • High-school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

  • Basic English proficiency: bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus (company offers bilingual staff).
