The Opportunity Center- Easter Seals is seeking passionate Custodians

Schedule: M-F 6:30am-2:30pm, M-Th 6:30am-3:30pm
Wage: $13.61/hr.
Additional Compensation: Benefits covered 100%
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The position of Custodian is to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation in various settings including offices, bathroom, and other commercial facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires a moderate level of communication skills related to training line workers, as well as relating positively to workers. A high school diploma (or GED) is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk, sit, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, and bend. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is for the most part performed in an indoor climate of average daily seasonal temperatures. Outside work is subject to varying seasonal temperatures. Employees may be exposed to odors, chemicals, product spills, dust, loosened wax or water.
