IMMEDIATELY HIRING!!! 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION!!! PAID TRAINING!!! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!! MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK AND TOOLS!!! GAS NOT INCLUDED!!! IMMEDIATELY HIRING IN THE KANSAS CITY AREA!
We are seeking a Handyman Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to maintain rental properties. You will be required to do basic electrical work, hot water heater maintenance, drywall repair, toilet repair and maintenance, doors, windows and other tasks as assigned. You will handle a variety of issues every day and you will be required to wear many hats to get the job done. You must take pride in your work and be detail oriented to complete the job with the quality that we pride ourselves in.
Responsibilities:
    •    Repair major and minor issues
    •    Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
    •    Work within an app to upload pictures and notes
    •    Travel within a designated work zone (Usually within 25 miles but can vary with work assignments)
    •    Maintain a clean and a safe work space
    •    Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
    •    Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
    •    Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
    •    General knowledge of home repair and maintenance
    •    Ability to make decisions and communicate with management when needed
    •    Deadline and detail-oriented
    •    Ability to handle physical workload
    •    Ability to use an app and input notes and pictures in a detailed manner (This will be taught in an over the phone training after you are hired)
