• Provide ethical and sensitive individual counseling via video chat.
• Utilize solution-based therapeutic modalities to foster effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Monitor each client's progress regularly and adapt treatment interventions based on direct feedback and evolving needs.

In this role, you will primarily serve patients at various stages of hospice care, who often face complex emotional challenges associated with terminal illnesses. Your focus will be on helping clients and their families navigate grief, anxiety, and loss, while promoting mental wellness and providing support in this sensitive setting. Your interventions will play a significant role in enhancing the quality of life for these clients during a critical transitional period.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure by the state board is required, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R)
• Capability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate nature to foster trusting relationships with clients.

We prefer candidates with prior experience in hospice care, grief counseling, or supporting individuals with terminal illnesses.
