We are looking for dependable, motivated, and detailoriented professional cleaners to join and grow with our team.


Position Overview

We are currently hiring experienced, selfemployed house cleaners in the Tacoma, WA area to work as independent subcontractors on cleaning projects.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough work
  • Effective timemanagement skills
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items as needed


Job Duties

  • Clean residential properties, including Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, MoveIn/MoveOut Cleans, and PostConstruction Cleans
  • Monitor and respond to job requests on a daily basis
  • Must supply and maintain your own cleaning products and equipment
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email
  • Must have reliable form of transportation to and from job sites
  • Maintain general liability insurance and provide proof of coverage
  • Stand behind your work quality and complete touchups if requested
  • Present yourself professionally at all times
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check
